項(xiàng)目介紹:

本項(xiàng)目將循序漸進(jìn)地講述共享存儲(chǔ)器多線(xiàn)程編程的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),詳細(xì)解釋當(dāng)今多處理器硬件(多核處理器、圖形處理器、加速器、數(shù)據(jù)中心、倉(cāng)庫(kù)規(guī)模和超級(jí)計(jì)算機(jī))對(duì)并發(fā)程序設(shè)計(jì)的支持方式,全面考察主流的并發(fā)數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)及其關(guān)鍵設(shè)計(jì)要素。學(xué)生將在導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)下,針對(duì)現(xiàn)有問(wèn)題,遵循并行程序設(shè)計(jì)原理,開(kāi)發(fā)或優(yōu)化機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)算法。在項(xiàng)目結(jié)束時(shí),提交項(xiàng)目報(bào)告,進(jìn)行成果展示。 This course is designed to give students a detailed overview of the key approaches and current research directions in parallel programming and architecture. Using a fast-paced, but still detailed set of lectures, the course will cover different classes of parallel architectures, including multi-core and many-core processors, GPUs, accelerators, datacenters, and warehouse-scale and supercomputers. We will cover key concepts underlying the performance and correctness of execution on these architectures (e.g., coherence, consistency, synchronization, SIMD, etc.). We will also provide an overview of programming models for these architectures (openMP/MPI/CUDA, etc).
