企業(yè)如何在運營上具有競爭力? 有些公司通過用穩(wěn)定的產品創(chuàng)新產品或者更快更便宜的服務使得消費者滿意。在數(shù)字化技術推動下,生產要素更加精細,運營流程、匹配更加準確、恰當,從而產生新的商業(yè)范式。本課程會探討運營如何創(chuàng)造和維持競爭優(yōu)勢,數(shù)據(jù)驅動的技術框架,因果推斷、實驗、機器學習等方法,和如何利用數(shù)據(jù)驅動運營決策與應用。 Digital models transform the rules of operations: supply and demand data are broken down into finer levels and data-driven decisions are able to match supply and demand more efficiently and accurately. In this course, we will learn how digitization reshapes companies in how they operate and compete in new ways. An important goal of this course is to learn data-driven techniques, including causation, field experiment, and machine learning, and how to use these techniques to support operations decisions.?
