項目介紹:

VUCA是指volatility(易變性),uncertainty(不確定性),complexity(復雜性),ambiguity(模糊性)的縮寫。人才是企業(yè)發(fā)展的核心動力,尤其在這種充滿不確定性的環(huán)境下。我們是否落實了接班人計劃、員工領導力發(fā)展,建立一個積極的果斷的人才發(fā)展機制,并在企業(yè)內(nèi)確保這個機制的有效運行,是管理者需要重點關注的話題。本課程將結合多種教學方法:講座、小組討論、團隊項目和自我評估,并強調(diào)如何激勵及有效培訓員工,并這些概念與學生未來職業(yè)發(fā)展的目標聯(lián)系起來。學生將在項目結束時,選擇自己感興趣的方向進行科學研究,提交項目報告,進行成果展示。 VUCA stands for?volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. It describes a globally connected world where constant, unpredictable change is the norm. Following the premise that leadership is a skill to acquire and master, rather than a genetic inheritance, this course will provide a framework and template for your journey into VUCA, including developing awareness of your leadership style and what it takes to positively influence those who work with you and your organization.?The course will combine a variety of pedagogical approaches: lectures, group discussions, team projects and self-assessments. Emphasis is placed on self-reflection and linking the concepts to students’ own objectives for their future career and development as leader.?Students will work in small teams and explore leadership concepts and issues covered in class in a particular industry / function they are interested in. Teams will present their key findings at the end of the course.?
