項(xiàng)目內(nèi)容包括:納米材料、微流控芯片;生物傳感基本原理;蛋白質(zhì)折疊機(jī)制與檢測、單分子檢測技術(shù)、熒光光譜應(yīng)用、非標(biāo)記檢測技術(shù)等。 學(xué)生將通過項(xiàng)目了解生物傳感器的類型和運(yùn)作機(jī)制,掌握單分子生物傳感器等前沿生物傳感技術(shù),在項(xiàng)目結(jié)束時(shí)提交項(xiàng)目報(bào)告,進(jìn)行成果展示。? 個(gè)性化研究課題參考:基于新型納米傳感材料的DNA生物傳感器的應(yīng)用,納米復(fù)合材料光電化學(xué)傳感應(yīng)用研究,基于微流控技術(shù)的微納材料的制備及傳感性能研究,光化學(xué)傳感分子的設(shè)計(jì)合成與分子識(shí)別研究? ?This project includes the knowledge of biosensing theory, protein folding process, single-molecule detection technology, fluorescence spectroscopy application, non-label detection technology, etc. Students will learn about the types and operating mechanisms of biosensors, cutting-edge biosensing technologies such as single-molecule biosensors, and submit a reasearch report at the end of the project to show their results.? Suggested Future Research Fields: The application of DNA biosensor based on new nano-sensing materials, the application research of photoelectric chemical sensing of nano-composite materials, the preparation and sensing properties of micro-nano materials based on microfluidic technology, the design and synthesis of photochemical sensing molecules and molecular recognition research
