本項目以Python為主要編程平臺介紹計算機編程的基礎(chǔ)知識。學(xué)生將接觸到經(jīng)典的計算概念和算法,如搜索和排序,同時還將獲得具體的工作知識的Python和一些實用用的庫的科學(xué)計算和機器學(xué)習(xí)。學(xué)生將學(xué)習(xí)如何開發(fā)和實現(xiàn)高效的代碼,使用面向?qū)ο缶幊?,基本的C語言命令(在Python中調(diào)用以加快計算),以及(可能)GPU編程(不需要訪問GPU)。本課程旨在為沒有(或很少)編程經(jīng)驗的學(xué)生提供他們需要在數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)和人工智能的多個主題中工作的主要知識,例如TensorFlow和神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。This course introduces the basics of computer programming, using Python as primary coding platform. Students will be exposed to classical computational concepts and algorithms, such as searching and sorting, while also acquiring concrete working knowledge with Python and some of the most useful libraries for scientific computing and machine learning. Students will learn how to develop and implement efficient code, using object-orienting programming, basic C commands (called within Python to speed up computations), and (possibly) also GPU programming (access to GPUs is *not* needed). This course is intended for students with no (or little) programming experience, and it aims to be as accessible as possible. At the same time, the course aims to equip students with the main knowledge they need to work on multiple topics in data science and artificial intelligence, e.g. covering TensorFlow and neural networks.
